Thank you for your posts .. They have helped me a great deal. As a nurse I knew that something was wrong with me. Face swollen , tired, abdominal pain major depression , I had 3 botched rhinoplasties that brought on terrible stress. I feel like my surgeries brought the gluten sensitives . I'm in the process of being worked up for celiac disease. But my blood work came back normal . If I stay on the diet than I feel great . People say be careful with being on the diet if your not positive for celiac . Is this true?

Hello Caroline. D6=6X=3C. I really do recommend that you use the 30C or preferably the 200C potency during childbirth because it's an intense "acute" event and the higher potencies are more suitable for that type of situation.

For books I liked Ina May (of course), but also Deep Nutrition by Cate Shannahan. The Weston Price Foundation offers a solid preconception plan; I'm not sure how you feel about them. A blogger called Peggy the Primal Parent is working on a book about pregnancy which should be available in the next few months and would be for those who adhere to a primal or paleo diet. For web-based resources, Chris Kresser's Healthy Baby Code includes preconception diet and supplement recommendations, as does Food Renegade's Beautiful Babies course. That last one also recommends hypnobirthing, which I how I got here!
At 17weeks myself, I'm struggling to stay fed (as in, not hungry, craving sweets and junk) without dairy or grains or going bankrupt, and trying to sort out what appears to be an imbalance in my fat-soluble vitamins and magnesium. I'll poke around a little and see what you've got, but congrats on offering the information I've already seen - it's so rare to find in one place!

Great article, very useful. I have a question for Sonya - I have most of these remedies at home already but the number after the remedy says D6. Is that a European equivalent to C..?

Hi Crystal

Good to hear how your healed yourself of your gluten intolerance. I too absolutely believe that anything can be healed. I am not sure how you did it. Have you covered this elsewhere? I have healed myself of several things in the past. I have something which I want to heal myself of now and I believe that I can. In the past I have used total belief in my Higher Self to heal me, but I believe that any method you think will work is fine. My body responds better to a wheat free diet. I was diagnosed with wheat allergies, but gluten wasn't mentioned. So, if I eat wheat/gluten free I am much better. I have tried many times to eat in a different way, but when I do all the old symptoms return. However, I have recently decided to eat different foods again. There is something within me that knows that I can and will. Inspite of healing other things, this particular one is more long standing and so my mindset has been focused in that direction. I know that I have to let go of that in order to move in a different direction.

Good luck.
